New show home opens in Creigiau
25 June 2020
A stunning new show home is ready to open its doors to househunters in Creigiau.
Charles Church, along with its sister company Persimmon Homes, has started work on 1,500 much-needed new homes at its exciting new development in Llanilltern Village, off junction 33 of the M4 on the edge of Cardiff.
The development will also include a primary school and sports pitches.
Now Charles Church is preparing to throw open the doors to a new show home at its Regency Park scheme.
The five-bedroom Fenchurch show home will be available for househunters to browse from Saturday, June 27.
Charles Church’s marketing suites and show homes in Wales reopened this week following new guidance from the Welsh Government.
Viewings and sales consultations are currently by appointment only.
Victoria Williams, sales director for Charles Church East Wales, said: “We’re delighted to be opening the doors to this stunning show home at Regency Park.
“This is a significant development and there has been huge interest in the properties.”
“Reopening our sites has been a huge boost for househunters in Wales. Our sales advisers have been working extremely hard to help people who want to move to a new home, but being able to meet face-to-face with customers, obviously in a safe manner, makes a big difference.”
“I’m sure that people will enjoy looking around this stunning show home. It is one thing looking at a property on plans, but walking around a real house really captures the imagination.”
The Fenchurch is a beautiful five-bedroom home, also with an open plan kitchen, dining, family room with access to the rear garden.
There is a separate, front aspect living room and integral garage. On the first floor, there are five bedrooms – one of which could alternatively be used as a study - and both the master bedroom and bedroom two have en suites.
The whole Llanilltern Village project is set to create 1,700 new jobs for local people.
