Part Exchange homes available in Brentwood, Weald Park
23 November 2010
At luxury homebuilder Charles Church’s Weald Park development in Brentwood the company is not only offering a range of exquisite properties to househunters in the area, but also a buying aid aimed at helping purchasers move into their dream home sooner rather than later.
Part Exchange and Part Exchange Plus schemes are available on the homes for sale in Brentwood, Weald Park, meaning homeowners struggling to sell their existing property will be safe in the knowledge that if they choose to buy one of the company’s executive housetypes, the stresses of being part of a chain are completely removed and they could be in their new home within a matter of a few weeks.
Neil Sykes, sales director for Charles Church believes the popularity of the company’s detached properties in particular means the current release of designs won’t remain on the price list for much longer.
Neil states: “Recent research has demonstrated that the demand for detached housetypes in Brentwood has risen by 21 per cent in the last year and we have a small selection of houses almost ready to move in to, which come complete with the facility of Part Exchange.
Weald Park hosts a fine collection of three through to six bedroom semi and detached housetypes which have received a great deal of interest from families looking for a superior house to call home.
The magnificent four bedroom Yew and the five/six bedroom Cedar housetypes have already proved to be extremely popular designs and due to their stage of build, families using the Part Exchange scheme, could be moved into their new home before the end of September.
Prices at Weald Park start from £424,950, while the Yew housetype is priced at £579,950 and the Cedar design is available from £825,000, with The Mews section of the development yet to be released providing gated access to just three highly specified executive detached homes overlooking the nine acre park.
Neil concludes “Currently the average time that a property is on the market for in Brentwood is around 21 weeks, which can no doubt be off putting to those who are looking to sell quickly - our Part Exchange scheme will remove the responsibility from homeowners as well as reducing the amount of time that the property is on the market for.”
Through the Part Exchange and Part Exchange Plus initiatives Charles Church will take care of everything from marketing your home to appointing an estate agent and will arrange to have at least two valuations of your property undertaken ensuring that you get the best price possible.
When complete, Weald Park will include over nine acres of open green space, which is over half of the site. A number of the new homes will benefit from overlooking the beautiful area of enhanced greenbelt.
Brentwood is ideal for those who need to commute, as London, Chelmsford and Colchester are easily accessed via the A12 and is on the door step of the M25 London Orbital Road (junction 28) while residents will enjoy being situated in the heart of Essex’s beautiful countryside. The town hosts all the modern amenities purchasers could want, with a range of local and high street shops, supermarkets, restaurants, café’s and schools on the development’s doorstop.
