Planning approval for new homes in Framlingham Earl
09 March 2015
One hundred new homes will be built in Framingham Earl after Charles Church Anglia was given the green light to create a new development.
Managing director Andrew Fuller said: “We are delighted with the decision and will be bringing a mix of much-needed homes for local people. The site already had outline planning permission and we submitted a reserved matters planning application with a view to starting work on the site as soon as planning consent was achieved. We intend to build a range of homes, from one to five bedrooms, including bungalows. We believe the new development will appeal to a wide range of buyers, including first-time buyers and young professionals, growing families and those wishing to downsize.
As work gets under way, people will be able to register their interest in the development through our website so that they can be kept up to date on the progress. We are anticipating a huge amount of interest in our new homes as Framingham Earl is such a lovely village. It offers the best of both worlds being in a beautiful, rural setting yet close to all the amenities Norwich has to offer.”
Andrew added: “At Charles Church we take pride in all we do and with the support available through various schemes and initiatives such as Help to Buy and Part Exchange, Charles Church is able to offer potential purchasers the right house to meet their budget.”
