Planning approved for 44 new homes in Ipswich

06 March 2015

Planners have given the green light for 44 contemporary new homes at Ravenswood in Ipswich.

Charles Church Anglia secured consent from Ipswich Borough Council for the next phase at its Latitude development at Alnesbourne Crescent, bringing a range of homes to suit a range of buyers.

Andrew Fuller, managing director, said: “Latitude is an exceptional location, bringing cutting-edge design and aspirational detail to modern family living – something which has been welcomed unanimously by the councillors who approved our plans. The outstanding first properties at Latitude were well received by those who appreciate the contemporary lines and extraordinary sense of light and space within the homes.

We are now creating a further phase which includes a variety of house types, bringing Latitude life to a wider range of buyers. Because of the unique nature of this small development, we anticipate high levels of demand when they are released for sale, so we invite potential residents to register their interest now in order to be first in line for the new plots.”

House hunters can register via the Latitude development page and will be kept up to date on progress at the development. Latitude is situated just 15 minutes from Ipswich town centre and provides a full range of high street shops, restaurants and entertainment, as well as direct rail links to London.

Charles Church is currently developing new homes throughout Norfolk and Suffolk, in both rural and city locations.
