Plans revealed for new homes in Rackhealth

Anglia has revealed plans to build 202 much-needed new homes in Rackheath after successfully finalising a land deal.
The Prince’s Park development, on Salhouse Road, will transform the 8.97ha site and create much-needed new homes that Broadland District Council needs to provide as part of the Local Plan.
In addition, there will be a large, equipped play area for residents and we will also make a financial contribution towards public open space in the wider community as well as a community infrastructure levy (CIL) payment.
Colin Parker, managing director of Anglia, said: “This is an exciting development that will not only provide much needed new homes it will also breathe economic life into the area and lay the foundations for a thriving new community.
“Our plans include homes to suit a range of buyers, from those looking to get on the property ladder for the first time to families seeking more space as they grow – with 28 per cent designated as affordable homes for local people.”
Charles Church purchased the land with full planning permission for the new homes and aims to start work on site in October.
Prospective purchasers can register their interest in the properties at www.charleschurch.com/new-homes/anglia/prince-s-park to be kept informed when homes are released for sale.
