Scotland unlocks luxury living in Kilmaurs
20 November 2012
Charles Church Scotland has announced its third cluster of luxury homes set in the Kilmaurs countryside surrounded by a Colin Montgomerie designed championship golf course and listed buildings.
Rowallan Castle has already successfully sold its first groups of houses and work is well under way on the developments next collection of five to six bedroom executive properties, located within the grounds of a matured private estate.
Each property is set in at least a quarter of an acre of land and is accessed via a gated entrance providing added security for prospective customers. The homes’ exteriors are influenced by the architectural features and picturesque surroundings of the ancient Rowallan Castle, which is positioned within the estate’s grounds, and now under the guardianship of Historic Scotland.
The new marketing suite is expected to open mid December followed by a six bedroom show home with a triple garage in March 2013, as Lorraine Clelland, Charles Church Scotland’s Sales Director explains.
“We are immensely proud of our Rowallan Castle development as it’s a truly magnificent example of the craftsmanship, dedication and luxury that Charles Church provides. Quite simply the grandeur and beauty needs to be seen to be believed.
“The new Malvern show home will continue to push the boundaries on luxury featuring the latest in multimedia technology with an integrated multi-room audio and home theatre system as well as a waterproof television in the main bathroom.
“With over 4000sq ft the spacious interior will feature a kitchen equipped with luxury stainless steel appliances including a wine cooler and coffee machine, a family room and lounge with French doors to the garden in addition to a separate dining room, utility, glazed library and two staircases.
“Moving upstairs the house features six bedrooms, three with en-suite, plus the family bathroom. And for the ultimate in luxury the master bedroom boasts two dressing rooms and a balcony.”
Lorraine concluded: “This development epitomises the opulent surroundings while encapsulating the ‘wow factor’ from the moment you step through the door and we look forward to introducing its beauty to new customers.”
