Second phase of popular Creigiau development launched
13 April 2022
The second phase of a successful housing development in Creigiau has been launched.
Charles Church’s Regency Park development at Llanilltern Village has been a huge success and the first phase, consisting of 47 properties, sold out towards the end of last year.
The Llantrisant-based builder is now pushing on with phase two of work, which will bring a further 28 homes to the site.
These latest homes have only been on the market for a fortnight, yet two have already been snapped up by eager househunters.
Victoria Williams, Sales Director at Charles Church East Wales, said: “We’re pleased to announce the launch of phase two at Regency Park.
“Phase one proved extremely popular and we know there are many people who have been eagerly awaiting this second stage of work.
“This phase will be made up of a stunning selection of four and five-bedroom homes, perfect for growing local families and people looking for more space.
“We look forward to welcoming people to site and showing them exactly what we have to offer.”
Regency Park is part of a 1,500 house development off junction 33 of the M4 being built by Charles Church and sister company Persimmon Homes.
The development has received industry praise for the quality of construction. Site manager Dave Richards has won a NHBC Pride in the Job Award for the site and was also named as a divisional winner in the Persimmon Homes Construction Excellence Awards.
One of the house types available is the stunning four-bedroom detached Knightsbridge, which boasts a modern open plan kitchen/breakfast/family room with French doors leading to the garden.
For those who already have a property to sell, Charles Church operates a Part Exchange scheme.
Using the scheme, Charles Church will arrange for at least two valuations of a customer’s current property, agree a market price and then buy it.
There are no estate agents fees or marketing fees – and people can remain in their own property until the new house at Regency Park is ready to be occupied.
