South Midlands receives green light for 109 further homes at Redditch community

Approval has been granted by Redditch Borough Council for the creation of 109 new homes at our The View development on the edge of Redditch.

The new homes will make up the sixth phase of the wider scheme, offering terraced, semi-detached and detached properties, designed to the highest specification and in keeping with the aesthetics of the local area.

As part of the wider development at Redditch, over £7.23m will be paid to support infrastructure delivery and ensure economic development. These include highways, public transport, education, sports and public open space contributions.

This scheme will provide a mix of homes, helping to meet the housing needs of the Redditch area as well as providing local jobs and apprenticeships as part of the construction of the development."
