The Stotfold Women’s Institute recently visited the showhome of a brand new housing development to gain an insight into modern interior design and housebuilding, all courtesy of Charles Church Thames Valley.
The ladies from the WI visited Charles Church’s beautiful Meadow Brook development in Stotfold and were given a guided tour of the magnificent showhome by sales adviser Jody Bryant.
Mrs Joy Castle of Stotfold Women’s Institute, who helped to organise the trip, commented: “It’s been very interesting to look at a new housing development in our local area and Meadow Brook has been of great intrigue to many of us as we all live just a few miles away. Some of our ladies have come away with some interior design tips and a couple will certainly be telling family about the new houses for sale in Stotfold.”
Persimmon’s expert sales adviser, Jody Bryant, added: “It was lovely to welcome the ladies from Stotfold Women’s Institute to our development and they were all very keen to learn about what we have on offer, the showhome design and how Meadow Brook will look when completed.”
Meadow Brook sits in a semi rural location and hosts a delightful collection of three, four and five bedroom properties, which are ideally suited for executives as well as growing and large families. Prices at the development start from £214,950 for the three bedroom Upton design, or from £182,708 through the company’s 85 per cent shared equity scheme.
Meadow Brook is located conveniently on the Bedfordshire/Hertfordshire border, approximately five minutes by car from junction 10 of the A1 (M), and is close to the centre of Stotfold village. Journey times into Cambridge are approximately 50 minutes and approximately 40 minutes into London Kings Cross.
