Third time perfect for Buckinghamshire family

A Buckinghamshire family who moved into their new build home just as the UK entered lockdown have been counting their blessings, thanks to the extra room it gave them.
Luke and Nicki Glover collected the keys to their Charles Church home in the village of Cheddington in March and were thankful for the additional space - indoors and out - as they settled in with their three-year-old daughter.
Luke said: “We had chosen the house at Orchard Manor for its location and the spacious layout. The large dining kitchen is ideal as we like to cook and eat together and there is an additional room which we have made into a playroom.”
“The Charles Church team also did a fantastic job of landscaping the garden and that has been perfect for us to all spend time together during lockdown.”
The Ludlow style property boasts four bedrooms, a dual aspect living room and useful utility room.
“This has been our third new build home, and by far the best experience,” said Luke. “Everything about the buying process ran extremely smoothly, we didn’t have any snagging issues and the Charles Church sales and site teams have been incredibly helpful throughout. We would highly recommend them.”
Cheddington’s location was a major factor in the family’s decision to move, Luke explains.
“I work in London and not only is the commute just 45 minutes into Euston, but the station is a quick ten-minute walk from our house. This is a lovely village, with countryside nearby and a good school, so we have the best of both worlds – lots of open space within easy reach of work. it really is the perfect place for us.”
