Charles Church unveils a new show home and launches a new development in Bridgnorth
House hunters in Bridgnorth have been offered a double opportunity to find the home of their dreams this weekend as leading luxury house builder Charles Church unveils a new show home and launches a new development in the town.
Saturday, January 28, sees the official opening of the new Kings Court site, set on the old college campus on Stourbridge Road.
Meanwhile, over at the existing Wenlock Rise development on Hazeldine Way, a new ‘Elliston’ show home is unveiled, showcasing the high quality design and build on offer by Charles Church. Both events run from 11am to 5pm.
Claire Jarvis, sales director for Charles Church West Midlands, said: “It made sense to us to launch both the new development and the show home at the same time – making it a great house hunting day out and giving people twice the chance to find their perfect property.
“Kings Court will offer a range of beautifully appointed but reasonably priced two bedroom apartments and three and four bedroom family homes. We are inviting people along to the launch of our marketing suite, to get their first look at the homes available.
“We have already had a lot of interest and positive feedback, both from people looking to downsize from larger properties in the Bridgnorth area, and those trying to get the keys to their first house without having to leave their home town.
“The launch of Kings Court also marks the first time Charles Church has offered the FirstBuy scheme in Bridgnorth, helping first time buyers to get on the property ladder.”
FirstBuy is the government equity loan scheme which aims to help first time buyers with smaller mortgage deposits. Persimmon has been awarded the largest FirstBuy allocation of any housebuilder, meaning the company has a wide choice available to buyers at several of its West Midlands locations.
Claire said: “The ‘Elliston’ show home at Wenlock Rise is a five bedroom, three storey family home. We think people will be delighted by the well-designed living space, which includes built-in wardrobes and dressing area to the master bedroom and a jack-and-jill en suite bathroom for the second floor bedrooms."
